If in-stock your item will typically ship withing 5-7 business days. -
In-stock items are shipped from San Anselmo, California by UPS, FedEx, or a similar service. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Please note, that increased shipping volume or inclement weather is out of our control. Shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value. Furniture shipping will be quoted for each order based on the level of service required. We quote blanket wrap, threshold delivery service within the contiguous United States, and can be upgraded to full in-home white-glove service on request. We will contact you to find out if there are any special conditions that may affect the cost of delivery (stairs, elevators, remote locations, etc.). Westpark Home contracts a third-party delivery service for all furniture orders and bears no responsibility for damages, delays, or other incidents that take place after the piece is picked up or in the delivery process.
Furniture shipping delays are very common in our current climate. We will do our best to update you on any delays as they are communicated to us by our makers and vendors. If you have a deadline to receive your furniture, please let us know in advance as the lead times listed on the product page may not be up to date. Once an order is confirmed we cannot cancel for any reason, including delays.

Showroom pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. We offer store pick-up by appointment only, you can find our scheduler here. In-store pickup will be at 217 San Anselmo Avenue San Anselmo, CA 94960
if you wish to pick up furniture orders, please note that you will need to bring adequate help to load and unload the piece into an appropriately sized vehicle. -
If you are interested in local delivery, please select in-store pick-up and then contact us after checkout to schedule a time for Lugg to retrieve your item. You will be responsible for scheduling the Lugg pick-up with our team and managing the delivery on the receiving end. Our team will not be able to help load the item so please keep in mind size and weight when selecting the Lugg service.
